ALL USE CASES
Same approach, different fields.
What makes a catalogue complete differs per sector. A parts shop sells fitment, a workwear shop sells a standard, and a fashion shop sells a fit you cannot measure. The pipeline is the same; the fields that count are not.
BY SECTOR
Three sectors, three kinds of emptiness.
Technical parts
The fit sits in the title and therefore nowhere. Make, model, year, dimensions and OE numbers belong in a field.

Workwear and PPE
The buyer filters on S3 and you have it in the description. Standards and protection classes belong normalised.

Fashion
Anthracite, charcoal and dark grey are one colour and three half-empty filter rows. We leave size and colour alone and fill the rest.

Yours not listed?
That does not mean it cannot be done. The method is the same for every catalogue: first work out which attributes ought to exist for your categories, then measure how many of them are empty, and only then fill. What differs is the list of fields and where they come from. Tell us what you sell and we will measure it.
